Independent educational project

Formula Racing Camp is an independent, student-created educational book and website inspired by Formula 1 racing. It is not an official Formula 1 publication and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Formula 1, the FIA, any team, driver, circuit, or championship organizer. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Permitted use

You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial learning and entertainment. Do not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the book or site, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to manipulate games, forms, discounts, or leaderboard results.

Game, leaderboard, discounts, and prizes

• Players must submit accurate information and play without scripts, automation, tampering, duplicate identities, or other unfair advantages.
• Scores and completion records may be reviewed. Suspicious, incomplete, duplicate, test, or abusive entries may be rejected or removed.
• Any discount, coupon, or prize is subject to its stated availability, eligibility, redemption period, retailer conditions, and verification. It has no cash value unless expressly stated.
• Technical errors, outages, or incorrect submissions do not guarantee a reward. We may correct errors or change or end an activity when reasonably necessary.

Purchases and third parties

The site links to retailers such as Notion Press, Amazon, and Flipkart. Purchases, payment, fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds, taxes, and retailer promotions are handled under the selected retailer's terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their availability.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to make educational material clear and accurate, and we link sources for selected current statistics. Racing records, schedules, retailer details, links, and other information can change. The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without a promise that every page, fact, activity, or link will always be error-free or available. The content is educational and is not professional, legal, medical, engineering, or safety advice.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Formula Racing Camp and its contributors are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on its material, or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
